So we got a little taste of bad ass Peter but I totally need more. Granted I understand he’s changed a A LOT over the years AND he has all those memories of being like almost 50 and blah blah but still season 1 Peter’s in there some where. We saw it with how he’s willing to completely step out of the Amber Timeline’s problems so that he can get home which is very much a S1 Peter thing to do. But I think we could go a little further. I mean we see how much everyone has changed with out Peter how does Peter change with out his Olivia and Walter and Astrid around?

Maybe he’s finally come to realize what it feels like to lose loved ones and what it feels like to belong somewhere. Because at the beginning, according to him he didn’t have a family and he didn’t care how far away he lived/or what country. It even took him a while to warm up to Walter and care for him as a son. But now, losing the real Olivia and Walter, the ones he knows very much, he is willing to do anything to go back to the people that are very important to him; the same people who feel he is just as important to them. *sentimental reaction to fringe ;)*
